Who Are We?

Welcome in! We are husband and wife owners and main team, Taurean and Chaye. TC Properties is a vision that came about in 2014, when we felt that real estate would be the channel by which we would build a legacy and be able to give back to those in need. Nine years later, in April of 2023, TC Properties Unlimited, LLC was finally established.

Our vision initially focused on buying, selling, renting and renovating, but we felt the push to expand beyond that. So in September of 2024, we decided to move forward with the first branch off of the main company - our “Clean & Care” service.

As parents of four, we understand how challenging it can be to keep a clean space. So with hearts of service, we aim to not just clean, but to also bring a sense of peace and tranquility into each home that we are invited into!

With personal experience and connections in the real estate and renovation industry, our vision to take TC Properties Unlimited beyond what we imagined in 2014, will soon come to life. Stay tuned!
