• Disinfecting of light switches and doorknobs

• Vacuuming (carpets and upholstered furniture)

• Small trash removal (bedrooms and bathrooms)

• Complete bathroom cleaning (showers & tubs included)

Deep Cleanings Include (in addition to Standard Cleaning):

• Walls

• Grease removal (cabinets, hood, backsplash)

• Vent / return cleaning (Outside only, vent covers will not be removed)

• Interior appliance cleaning (oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave)

• Floorboard cleaning (reachable areas ONLY as furniture will not be moved)

• Refrigerator cleaning (food must be removed and restocked by homeowners)

• Bed dressing (clean linens must be provided as linens intended for laundering will not be removed by cleaners)

• Trash removal / Minor hauling (will be taken to main trash bin outside if available. Hauling garbage taken off-sites
